This movie takes a daring stance and postulates that when bears are addicted to copyright, they aren't just partying, they transform into bloodthirsty monsters! Our cast of characters, like the police who are bumbling that aren't paying attention, criminals in a state of utter chaos, and the innocent bystanders who were unable to get to a sack of newspaper and will leave you on your toes. The collective incompetence of the characters is an amazing sight. If you ever find yourself in need of a laugh and a laugh, imagine police officers Bob Springs and Officer Reba Mitchell working together to investigate any crime, without accidentally shooting one another.
However, we mustn't forget our courageous adventurers, Olaf as well as Elsa. These aren't the Olaf and Elsa they appear as in "Frozen."
